The main theme of the forum is "Pragmatic dialogue is the way to a stable future," according to the Roscongress Foundation, which operates the forum.

Anton Kobyakov, Executive Secretary of the SPIEF Organizing Committee, noted that the architecture of the business program is built around four key semantic blocks that reflect the current picture of the day in the global economy.
