OREANDA-NEWS Finance Minister Anton Siluanov during a speech at the marathon "Knowledge. The first" assessed the impact of global crises, including in the United States, on the Russian economy. 

"Will the crises affect us? You said in the USA. Of course they will, because these crises in one country or another will affect the global economy as a whole. We are part of the global economy," the Finance Minister said.

Siluanov noted that the crisis phenomena will affect the demand for Russian products and services, there will be a need to redirect exports to other markets or produce goods in demand during the crisis.

Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that anti-Russian sanctions could lead to a new global economic crisis. He stressed that Russia is adapting and developing taking into account the dangers that lie behind the actions and thoughts of unfriendly states.
