"Another sanctions attack by the British authorities against Russia indicates that the renewal of the political leadership has not affected London's anti—Russian course," the diplomatic mission noted.

According to the embassy's representatives, what is happening is a "real economic war" that Britain is waging for an "ephemeral purpose."

Earlier, the UK expanded anti-Russian sanctions, extending them to 19 more defendants, including 12 companies, 7 of which are banks, 6 ships and the owner of the Siltron company, Alexander Zhdanov.
