OREANDA-NEWS  State Duma deputy from the New People faction Alexander Demin, party leader Alexei Nechaev and Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Vladislav Davankov proposed indexing fixed monetary values fixed in the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, including the amount of property deduction, the threshold for VAT exemption and deductions for the sale of property.

The relevant draft law has been sent to the government of the Russian Federation for conclusion, the document is available to RIA Novosti.

The draft law proposes to index fixed monetary values, which have never been systematically reviewed since their establishment and have lost, according to the authors of the draft, a significant proportion of their real value due to inflation.
