OREANDA-NEWS  The United States has imposed sanctions against the head of the CEC of Russia, Ella Pamfilova, and other members of the election commission, the US Ministry of Finance reports. According to the Ministry of Finance, the sanctions are related to the holding of a referendum in September on the entry of new territories into the Russian Federation. Pamfilova, her deputy Nikolay Bulaev, secretary of the Central Election Commission Natalia Budarina and others got on the lists, a total of 15 surnames.

In addition, the report says, sanctions have been imposed against people whom the United States associates with the alleged organization of "filtration" camps for Ukrainians, in particular, against officials of the presidential administration Oleg Nesterov and Yevgeny Kim, as well as representatives of the Donetsk People's Republic.
