OREANDA-NEWS Two employees of an oil refinery in Ryazan received shrapnel wounds in an attack by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).

According to the publication, the men were not seriously injured, they were hospitalized.

According to Shot, aircraft-type drones attacked the AT-6 and AVT-4 installations. According to the preliminary version, four devices were involved in the attack.

The governor of the Ryazan region, Pavel Malkov, has already confirmed the attack of a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on an oil refinery.

He noted that the operational services went to the site to eliminate the consequences.

The fire at the Ryazan oil refinery began on Wednesday morning, March 13. Presumably, the drone landed in an installation for the primary processing of petroleum products.
