Starlink terminals are actively used in the area of the special military operation (SVO) by both the Ukrainian and Russian sides.
It is known that the Russian military uses Starlink themselves and, in order to perform a number of tasks, they are forced to independently extract terminals and pay for their work. The special operation soldiers noted that they hoped to stop using the "humanitarian aid" (as they called the captured terminals) from SpaceX founder Elon Musk and switch to Russian developments.
