OREANDA-NEWS  The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba allowed negotiations between Kiev and Moscow. He spoke about this in an interview with the French newspaper Parisien.

The Foreign Minister said that Kiev is not against negotiations with Moscow, pointing out that at the G20 summit, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky spoke "about world peace" and expressed "the will to achieve it."

Kuleba also called on Russia to "stop confusing negotiations and an ultimatum," adding that Western leaders "are not pushing Ukraine to negotiate contrary to its interests." At the same time, he expressed the opinion that "a just peace begins with the full restoration of the territorial integrity" of the republic.

Earlier, Zelensky declared his readiness to consider the return of Crimea not by military means. At the same time, the Ukrainian leader admitted that possible negotiations with Russia would freeze the conflict.
