Lavrov Said That the Candidacies of Ukraine and Moldova in the EU do Not Threaten Russia
According to the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the development of relations between the European Union and other states does not bear any risks for Russia, since the association itself is not a military bloc.
As previously reported by the Public News Service, there are doubts in the Russian Federation that the West will allow Kyiv to return to negotiations with Moscow. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke about this in a conversation with the National State Television and Radio Company of Belarus.
He clarified that the United States of America and Britain actually forbade Ukraine to conduct a dialogue with the Russian Federation, and Kyiv stopped reaching the negotiating level from April 15.
