OREANDA-NEWS  A feature film about the popular group "Ivanushki International" in the 1990s will be shot in Russia, filming is scheduled for the summer of 2023. This is reported by TASS with reference to the producer of the film Dmitry Pristanskov.

According to the producer, the project is conceived as a comedy in which "there will be a lot of music." The script of the film is already ready, it remains to work out some dialogues. It is planned to shoot the picture on the territory of the Krasnodar Territory — in Gelendzhik, Anapa and Sochi. "If it works out, I would like to show the film in cinemas for the next New Year holidays," added Pristanskov.

The project was submitted for examination to the Cinema Foundation, the director was Mark Gorobets. The band's creator and producer Igor Matvienko has already given preliminary consent to the use of the band's hits, the musicians themselves have agreed to take excnbt in the filming.

As Igor Matvienko told the agency, the film will be shot in the format of a "road movie" (a journey film whose characters are on the road). According to the plot, three fans of "Ivanushki" will go on tour with the group, each will achieve her goal in this adventure, said Pristanskov.

The Ivanushki International Group was established in 1994. Currently, Kirill Andreev and Andrey Grigoriev-Apollonov have been members of the collective since its foundation, and Kirill Turichenko since 2013.
