OREANDA-NEWS Russian cinemas have suspended the screening of foreign films according to the "gray" scheme. The sessions temporarily disappeared against the background of the premiere of the domestic film "Challenge", the filming of which partially took place in space.

The film by Klim Shipenko is released in Russia on April 20. Since that date, several major cinema chains have temporarily stopped "pre-show service", in which viewers were shown foreign films not officially presented on the market.

The Mirage network has scheduled eight screenings of "Super Mario Brothers in the Cinema" for the evening of April 19. Since the premiere date of the "Call" there are no more sessions. The situation is similar with the tape "Dungeons and Dragons: Honor among Thieves".

In the Kinomax network, the films "Super Mario Brothers in the cinema", "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum Mania" and "Shazam! Rage of the Gods" were only available on Wednesday evening. Since Thursday, the Almaz network has excluded from the repertoire of the films "Avatar: The Way of Water", "Dungeons and Dragons: Honor among Thieves" and "Super Mario Brothers in the Cinema".

A similar situation is observed in the networks "Monitor", "Lumen", "Five Stars", "Illusion", "Empire of Dreams", writes the "Bulletin of the film distributor". Before the premiere of the "Challenge", they showed one or more of the above-mentioned foreign films.
