OREANDA-NEWS  The writer Daria Dontsova spoke about her departure from Russia. Her words are quoted by TASS.

The author of popular detective stories said she would never leave the country. "As for me as a writer, I need a piece of paper and a pen. If you have an e-mail, books can be sent from different countries of the world. But I'm in Moscow, I'm in Russia," she stressed.

The writer noted that it is impossible to hide or change the fact of birth in Russia, even with a change of citizenship. "Russia is my homeland, and my homeland, like my mother, is alone. Mom is not abandoned, that's all," she concluded.
