OREANDA-NEWS  Singer Dima Bilan wanted to buy a house or a plot of land in his small homeland, Kabardino-Balkaria. He announced this in his Telegram channel.

According to the artist, he thought about acquiring real estate after touring in the region. "Buy land or a house, high enough for it to be. I've already contacted the realtor. Whenever I come here, the air brings me some kind of peace and strength. I want to see the sky, the horizon, the sunrises, and the sunsets. Requests, of course, oh-so, but still," he described his wishes.

In the spring of 2026, Bilan revealed that he had bought his dream home. The object is located in the Moscow region on the river bank. In July, the singer announced that he had fully paid off the loan that he had to take out to purchase real estate.
