OREANDA-NEWS  Four loaves and four individuals of the Icelandic Gogol settled in the Moscow Zoo, the latter appeared on display for the first time, Svetlana Akulova, general director of the Moscow Zoo, told RIA Novosti.

"Four loaves and four individuals of the Icelandic gogol arrived at the Moscow Zoo from the Rostov bird park "Malinki"... The Icelandic gogols appeared on display at the Moscow Zoo for the first time. Three males and one female arrived in the capital. These birds are of the duck family, they nest in tree hollows or in similar voids on the shores of lakes and ponds. They live in North America and southwest Greenland, as well as Iceland," Akulova said.
