OREANDA-NEWS  It is impossible to abolish Russian culture in Europe, it is not subject to European bureaucrats trying to stimulate anti-Russian sentiments, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

"I would like to express our solidarity with all those who, while living abroad, continue to associate themselves with the Russian Federation, with their homeland, who take care of the language, who bring up children and grandchildren in their language, and try to promote the interpenetration of cultures... Russians now in modern Europe carried our culture, enriched the countries in which they found themselves," Lavrov said at a press conference, addressing compatriots.

"This culture cannot be abolished, it is beyond the control of any Borrels and other bureaucrats trying to stimulate Russophobic sentiments, trying to incite the ordinary population, well, just discriminate against Russians," the minister added.
