"In 2020, doctors made 372 thousand such diagnoses, in 2021 — 383 thousand," the article says.

The collection notes that the year before last, 13.05 million Russians suffered from diseases of the endocrine system, eating disorders, and metabolic disorders, and diabetes mellitus and obesity were detected in 5.27 million and 2.17 million citizens of the country, respectively.

The collection also provides information on statistics among children under 14 years of age: in 2022, 108 thousand people were obese.
