The competition for the best author's travel in Russia has started

OREANDA-NEWS During the work of the international exhibition-forum "Russia" in Moscow at VDNH on the initiative of the national tourism portal Russia. Travel and ANO "National Priorities" is holding a competition "Feel Russia" for the best author's travel, the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation reports.
Holiday lovers in Russia will be able to claim the main prize: a tour of the country from the Rosmolodezh program "More than a journey", which you can go to at any time. The winners will be announced on April 12, the closing day of the international exhibition-forum at VDNH.
The authors of unique tourist routes can become participants of the competition. To do this, you need to plan a trip yourself, without the help of a tour operator, and have time to make it during the work of the exhibition-forum "Russia".
Applicants are not limited by mileage or directions of travel. The main thing is that the route should be original, as interesting and inspiring as possible. The entire journey must be recorded in photo and video formats.
According to the terms of the competition, participants must provide the jury with a description of the tour, photos and a short (up to three minutes) video clip on the results of the trip. In the presentation materials, it is important to formulate the idea of travel, include descriptions of the most vivid impressions of the trip, a map indicating the main cities and route points. An essential condition is the safety of the tour for the life and health of future travelers who decide to repeat the route.
Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until March 24, 2024. Then the jury of representatives and experts of the tourism industry will review the works of the participants and choose the winners. Routes will be evaluated according to several criteria, including: the brightness of impressions, the number of regions in the route, the uniqueness of locations, and so on.
Applications can be sent to various nominations depending on the specifics of the trip: "The best tourist route for families with children", "The best inclusive tourist route", "The best route of industrial tourism", "The best route of rural (agro) tourism", "The best eco-trip (tourist route through natural territories)".
The prize fund includes 50 certificates for travel in Russia from the Rosmolodezha program "More than a trip". The winners will be able to activate certificates within a month and choose tours in Russia for four days or more, depending on the number of points scored and the place occupied by the results of the competition.
