OREANDA-NEWS  The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, spoke about her attitude to the song "Mother Earth" by Tatiana Kurtukova. Her words are transmitted by Channel Five.

According to Zakharova, the patriotic track that has gone viral can be called popular and beloved by listeners.

"My daughter even sings it at school, they dance to it. The song has already become a folk song. Ask anyone on the street, they'll tell you that they've been listening to her all their lives. It's a Russian national!" the diplomat said.

Maria believes that the appearance of such compositions is natural, because they lead to quick and active audience support.

"Songs are born that instantly become popular, I think, for hundreds of millions of people. Plus, they're becoming really popular. We have enough of these songs," she added.

Earlier it became known that Russian tourists with a flag "captured" Courchevel and were caught on video singing the song "Mother Earth".
