OREANDA-NEWS. March 27, 2012. Shanghai Culture Assets and Equity Exchange (SHCAEE) and Anhui Yangtze River Assets and Equity Exchange (AYRAEE) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai on Sunday to set up a cultural assets and equity exchange in Wuhu, Anhui province.

According to the agreement, a professional platform will be jointly established by both sides within three years for cultural assets and equity exchange in the Anhui-section Yangtze River region.

The Shanghai-based SHCAEE, China's first cultural assets and equity exchange, will strive to found and develop the new entity on its part, helping introduce regulations and systems, develop products and train employees.

The move is believed as part of Wuhu's efforts to expand its cultural sector and will serve as a template for the development of cultural assets and equity exchange in Anhui province and even the Pan-Yangtze River Delta region, experts said.
