OREANDA-NEWS  The deal to sell the business of the German chemical industrial concern Henkel (known for the brands Persil, Schwarzkopf, Ceresit, "Moment" and others) in Russia is currently in the final stage. There was a buyer for the company's assets in the person of a consortium of investors. This is reported by Vedomosti with reference to sources.

The shareholders of the pharmaceutical company "Pharmstandard" (owned by Viktor Kharitonin and Egor Kulkov), the investment company Kismet Capital Ivan Tavrin and the founders of the fund "Elbrus Capital" apply for 11 plants of the manufacturer. According to sources, the majority owners of the enterprises will be the shareholders of Pharmstandard. The amount of the transaction has not yet been announced.

The parties have already received permission from the government commission to conclude the transaction. According to the agreement, the German company will be able to buy back the plants. It is planned to continue the production of products under the Henkel brands at the plants.
