OREANDA-NEWS. Representatives of the German concern Adidas commented on the refusal of the Russian national football team to play in the new form developed for it in the qualifying matches of Euro 2020 against Belgium and San Marino. This was announced to the Russian media in Adidas.

On the eve of the Russian media reported that most of the players in the Russian national team, as well as the coaching staff and the leadership of the RFU are unhappy with the new form presented last week. According to the publication, this is due to the quality of t-shirts and their design.

According to media reports, the RFU asked Adidas to redo the form in the near future. According to the publication, in the opposite case, the federation may terminate the contract with the German manufacturer. Introduced by Adidas, it was explained that the stripes on the sleeves of the new uniform of the Russian national team are arranged in such a way that they line up in the national flag with their arms raised up.
