OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service of Financial Markets (FSFM) has registered the report on results of the issue of certificated interest-bearing inconvertible bearer bonds of series 04 with the obligatory centralized storage of OJSC “Oil company “LUKOIL” (Moscow), placed by the open subscription, state registration number of the issue 4-04-00077-А from 23.11.2006.

According to the report on results of the issue of securities, the emitter placed 6,0 million bonds with the par value of 1 000 roubles each.

The general volume of the issue (on face value) makes 6,0 billion roubles.
