OREANDA-NEWS. August 23, 2007. The economic relations between companies of Nigeria and Concern “Tractor plants” have got large perspectives. The desire to cooperate is supported and by businessmen and by the authorities of both countries, reported the press-centre of KTZ.

The ambassador of Nigeria in Russia D. Suleiman said it during his three-day visit in Chuvashia. Mr. Suleiman and O. Atanzi - the trade counselor at the embassy of Nigeria in Russia, came to Cheboksary on 20 of August by the invitation of trade and service company “CHETRA-Industrial machines”, which exclusively represented the interests of Concern “Tractor plants” at the market of large tractors.

A day later to the delegation joined S. Chudzha - the Chairman of the Board of “International System Consiment” company.

After the meeting with the specialists of the “CHETRA-Industrial machines” the delegation visited “Promtractor” and “Cheboksary aggregate plant”. The interest on Nigerian businessmen to the production of the Concern “Tractor plants” is logical - bulldozer and pipe-laying equipment under Chetra trademark is well known at the world market.

Outside Russia these machines are mostly popular in India, South-East Asia, Middle East and in the European countries where large international projects on the construction of pipelines, roads and development of mineral deposits are realized.

Headily developed infrastructure of these countries favors to the demand on heavy industrial equipment.

Deliveries of CHETRA equipment to Africa also are developed - only this year in Zimbabwe had been delivered 14 bulldozers and loaders. The forecast for work with Nigeria is also good - cause in this country oil industry and agriculture is rapidly developed. Nigeria is opened for dialog that allows to forecast fast transfer of the negotiations to the sharp, physical forms of cooperation.
