OREANDA-NEWS. N. P. Tokarev was born in 1950.

In 1973 graduated Karaganda Polytechnic Institute with a Degree in Electrification and Automation of Mining Operations.

Worked in various positions within the mining industry, including executive positions in exploration crews. Later was employed by the Executive Office of the President of Russian Federation.

In 1999 was appointed Vice-President of TRANSNEFT JSC.

In 2000 - 2007 - General Director of the State Enterprise Russian Foreign Economic Association Zarubezhneft (since 2004 - Zarubezhneft Joint Stock Company ).

N.P. Tokarev was awarded with medal of Order of “Merit to the Fatherland” of VI Degree and the “Sign of Honor”. He is awarded with the titles “Honorable oilman industry” and “Honorable worker of the fuel and energy industry”.
