OREANDA-NEWS. On November 07, 2007 Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) informed the Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by its official letter that by the resolution of Board of Agency dated November 2, 2007 # 249, the action of license of Register-Center JSC (Almaty) for conduction of securities holders register system was stopped for three months' term. The license was issued on February 13 of 2004 under # 0406200279, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to AFS' message, the decision was taken because of violation by Register-Center JSC of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan that regulates the activities on securities market.

The effect of the mentioned license has been considered suspended since the day on which Register-Center JSC was informed about the taken decision. According AFS, the copy of resolution was received by the registrar on November 6 of 2007 on 4:30 p.m.
