On July 17, 2008 ATFBank JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the press release where informed that the bank completed the process of borrowing of the mid-term loan to the amount of US100.00 m. against the insurance coverage of the Italian Export and Credit Agency Servezi Assicurativi del Commercio Estero (ECA SACE), reported the press-centre of KASE.

"This loan consists of two tranches for 3 and 5 years with the various degree of insurance coverage of ECA SACE, that influenced on the cost attractiveness of this borrowing. This coverage was provided upon completion of the deal of entry of ATFBank JSC into UniCredit Group, within the program of Export and Credit Agency SACE on support of international activities of Italian companies, working outside of Italy" - mentions the bank's message.
