OREANDA-NEWS. On 05 August 2008 was announced, that Open Joint Stock Company Transsiberian Reinsurance Corporation completed the process of increasing of the chartered capital on 60 million rubles.

As it was mentioned before on 29th of December of 2007 the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting of OJSC Transsiberian Re was held. During the session there was the decision taken to increase the chartered capital of the Company by additional issue of 1 million of ordinary shares.

Adoption of additional issue was made by The Board of Directors of OJSC Transsiberian Re on 11th of January of 2008. Stocks at par of 60 russian rubles are equivalent to its placing price. The shares are placed with private placement.

In accordance with the order № 164 of the Regional Office of Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia in the Central Siberian region dated July 14, 2008, state registration of the report on the results of the additional issuance of securities of Open Joint Stock Company Transsiberian Reinsurance Corporation was implemented.

Certificate of Regional Federal Tax Service Inspectorate № 23 of Krasnoyarsk Territory dated July 29, 2008 confirms that in a single state register of legal entities the record about changes in the constituent documents of Transsiberian Re was made. The chartered capital of the Corporation increased on 60 million rubles and reached the sum of 185.7 million rubles.
