On August 26, 2008 Subsidiary organization of Bank TuranAlem - Insurance company London-Almaty (Almaty), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "A" official list, provided to KASE the copy of certificate of the company's government re-registration of August 7, 2008, according to which the company's new name is Joint stock company Subsidiary of BTA Bank Insurance company London-Almaty, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the certificate the company is located at: Almaty, 19/1, Al-Farabi Ave., Nurly-Tau Center, block 3a, 9th floor.
