On October 03, 2008 Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), securities of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of the certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) on state registration of issue of authorized stock of the bank of September 26, 2008, in accordance with which the authorized stock of the bank was increased by 119,683,305 items, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the certificate of AFS the issue has been divided into 300,000,000 common shares KZ1C36280010. The issue has been entered into the State register of serial securities under number A3628.

According to AFS as on September 26, 2008 130,316,695 common shares were offered and paid. The authorized capital formed in the amount of KZT36,295,110,000.00.
