OREANDA-NEWS  On 13 October was announced, that in accordance with the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders, authorized capital of Allianz Ukraine Insurance Company was increased by UAH 21,311,840. Thus, currently the company’s authorized capital is UAH 165,516,450.

This increase of the authorized capital is the third in the current year. Thus, in January 2008, this indicator was increased by UAH 25,250,000 and reached UAH 121,300,000. The second increase was registered by Shevchenkivska District Administration in Kyiv in June 2008, when the authorized capital of Allianz Ukraine Insurance Company increased from UAH 121,300,000 by 18.88% and reached UAH 144,204,610. At present, the authorized capital grew to UAH 165,516,450, which is equal to 14.78% of growth compared to the preceding value of this indicator.
