OREANDA-NEWS. On January 16, 2009 ATFBank (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), shares and bonds of which are included in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the extract from shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Fondovy Tsentr (Almaty) is the bank registrar.

According to the extract:

- the total number of announced common shares KZ1C35970017 of the bank is 35,600,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P35970618 - 400,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P35970816 - 11,000,000 units;

- 24,019,739 common shares of the bank and all preferred shares are offered;

- the sole persons, who owns the bank shares in the number of five and more percent from the total number of offered shares of the bank is UniCredit Bank Austria AG (Austria, Vienna), which holds 35,277,405 shares of the bank (99.60 % from the total number of offered common shares), including 23,986,064 common shares of the bank (99.86 % from the total number of  offered common shares) and 11,291,341 preferred shares (99.05 % from the total number of offered preferred shares).

According to the Central Securities Depository (Almaty) as of the mentioned date the information on holders of 5,022 common shares of the bank has not been disclosed.
