OREANDA-NEWS  At the upcoming talks between Russia and Ukraine in Geneva, key conditions for ending the conflict will be discussed. This is reported by RIA Novosti, citing sources.

"It is planned to discuss the key parameters of the settlement. Both military, political and humanitarian," the message says.

The meeting may also discuss the situation at the Zaporizhia NPP. It is noted that bilateral contacts between Russia and Ukraine are possible.

According to the agency, Switzerland acts in the negotiations as a guarantor of access and security of the delegations. A new round of talks is not planned at the UN headquarters, which will not participate in the meeting.

Earlier it became known that a new round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will be held from February 17 to 18. It is specified that the energy truce will be discussed as one of the key topics. The Russian delegation will be headed by Vladimir Medinsky, Assistant to the Russian President.
