OREANDA-NEWS. On January 21, 2009 Mangistaumunaigaz (Aktau, hereinafter – the company), shares of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the extract from shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Tsentr DAR (Almaty) is the company registrar.

According to the extract:

- the total number of announced common shares KZ1C05020017 of the company is 107,856,540 units, preferred shares KZ1P05020113 - 1,089,460 units;

- all shares of the company are offered;

- the company re-purchased its 3,082 preferred shares;

- the sole persons, who owns the bank shares in the number of five and more percent from the total number of offered shares of the company is CENTRAL ASIA PETROLEUM LTD, which holds  all offered common shares of the company (99.0 % from the total number of offered shares of the company).
