OREANDA-NEWS. On January 27, 2009 The sale process of Lugansk Brewery Plant has been completed, reported the press-centre of SCM Group.

90.60% of shares were transferred from EMPORIUM (a fully owned subsidiary of SCM Group) to the new owner Lugansk company KEG SERVIS.

The parties agreed not to reveal the details of the transaction.
