OREANDA-NEWS. On January 29, 2009 MAG (Almaty, further - the company), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with copies of registered changes into the prospectus of issue of shares of the company and the certificate for state registration of issue of securities dated December 22, 2008, replacing the one granted earlier, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the documents:

- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) registered changes to the prospectus of issue of shares of the company;

- the certificate was replaced due to increase of authorized stock;

- the total of authorized stock of the company made up 3,355,000 items, including 3,205,000 common shares KZ1C53590010 and 150,000 preferred shares KZ1P53590116, and includes 1,042,500 common shares and 52,500 preferred shares issued by the company earlier;

- the issue of shares was entered into the State register of serial securities under number A5359;

- as on October 13, 2008 1,042,500 common shares and 52,500 preferred shares of the company were offered, the authorized capital of the company was formed in the amount of KZT1,095,000,000.
