OREANDA-NEWS. On February 04, 2009 Bank CenterCredit (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with copies of registered changes to prospectuses of issues of bonds of the bank and certificates on state registration of issues dated January 9, 2009 substituting those granted earlier, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the documents:

- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) registered changes to prospectuses of issues of the following bonds:

  - KZ2CKY07A503 (KASE official list, the first subcategory of the Non-rated debt securities category; CCBNb2; KZT15,000, KZT1.5 bn.; 01.04.02 - 01.04.09, semiannual coupon 10.00 % APR);

  - KZ2CKY07A750 (KASE official list, the first subcategory of the Non-rated debt securities category; CCBNb3; KZT1, KZT2.0 bn.; 07.06.03 - 07.06.10, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 17.30 % APR as for the current coupon period);
 
  - KZ2CKY07B287 (KASE official list, the first subcategory of the Non-rated debt securities category; CCBNb4; KZT1, KZT2.0 bn.; 24.09.04 - 24.09.11, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 12.00 % APR as for the current coupon period);

  - KZ2CKY10B455 (KASE official list, the first subcategory of the Non-rated debt securities category; CCBNb6; KZT1,000, KZT1.3 bn.; 29.12.04 - 29.12.14, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 12.00 % APR as for the current coupon period);

  - KZ2CKY10B604 (KASE official list, the first subcategory of the Non-rated debt securities category; CCBNb7; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn.; 31.05.05 - 31.05.15, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 10.00 % APR as for the current coupon period);

- the certificates have been substituted due to a change of location of the bank.
