OREANDA-NEWS. On March 26, 2009 Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereafter - the bank), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of changes to the prospectus of issue of shares, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The changes were registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) on March 19, 2009 and made due to changes in the composition of the Board of Directors and the Management Board.
