Belarus Approves Procedure of Establishing Innovation Infrastructure
OREANDA-NEWS. On April 09, 2009 President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No184, which introduced changes to Presidential Decree No1 of 3 January 2007 ‘On Approving the Provisions on the Procedure of Establishing Innovation Infrastructure Entities and Introducing an Amendment and Additions to Decree No495 of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 30 September 2002’, reported the Official website president.gov.by.
Decree No184 brings the directions set forth in Decree No1 of 3 January 2007 in accord with the requirements of Ordinance No24 of 19 December 2008 ‘On Some Issues of Renting Permanent Structures (Buildings, Constructions), Isolated Premises’.
Among other things, the Ordinance cancelled state registration of lease and sub-lease of real estate and charge-free use of it, amendments (additions) introduced to the respective contracts and abrogation of such contracts. In this regard, Decree No184 eliminates the provisions in Decree No1 of 3 January 2007 that set forth the need for holding state registration of such contracts.
