Ilya Batay Appointed IT Director at OTKRITIE Financial Corporation
OREANDA-NEWS. April 09, 2009. In his new position, Mr. Batay will be in charge of working out and implementing the IT development strategy of OTKRITIE FC and its subsidiaries, reported the press-centre of OTKRITIE FC.
Ilya Batay was born in Moscow on February 24, 1977. In 2000 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics; defended a thesis "Modeling, designing and working out Internet trading systems for brokerage companies" in 2003. In 2000-2009, Mr. Batay worked at Uralsib, where he rose from programmer to Head of the Integration Division and Deputy Director of the IT Development Strategy Department.
