The registrar of the company is REESTR-SERVICE (Almaty).

According to the extract:

- the total of authorized shares (common stock only KZ1C24120012) is 6,666,667;

- 3,687,812 shares were offered;

- the company redeemed 28,243 shares;

- the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares is KazFoodProducts LLP, owning 3,481,740 shares (94.41 % of the total of outstanding shares).
