OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 May 2009 was announced, that top management of prosecution agencies has seen personnel changes.

Ergali Merzadinov that was at the position of the deputy of general prosecutor was appointed as the chief military prosecutor of the state by the order of general prosecutor of Kazakhstan Kayrat Mami.

Amirkhan Estaev that headed department of economic and corruption fight (financial police) of Almaty was appointed as the prosecutor of this city, and former prosecutor of this Kazakhstan city Zhaksylyk Baytukbaev was appointed as prosecutor of west-Kazakhstan oblast.

Erlik Kenenbaev was appointed as prosecutor of Almaty oblast, Murat Akhmetov – prosecutor of Karaganda oblast.

By his order from May 6 president of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbaev appointed Mukhtar Zhorgenbaev and Askar  Sekishev as deputies of general prosecutor of Kazakhstan.
