OREANDA-NEWS. June 16, 2009. In Moscow the results of the competition "The Bets Primary Trade Union of Public Association – "All-Russia Electro-Trade –Union" have been summoned.

Basing on the last year results, ranked first the primary trade unions of Nizhnekamsk Hydro Power Plant and the company "Kazan Electrical Networks". Basing on results for 2008 the primary trade union of союзная организация Nizhnekamsk Hydro Power Plant ranked second in the competition "The Best Collective Bargain" among the power organizations of Russian Federation.

In the competition of the first took part 19 the most stable and dependable trade unions, that had passed the preliminary regional selections.

The points were awarded. The criteria were very serious: were considered both the level of coverage of the staff with professional membership and the average salary against the average Republican one, the number of accidents, meeting the schedules of attesting the working places with regard to conditions of work, certification of arranging the labor protection, improving the conditions of work basing on results of attesting, implementing the respective measures, planned in the collective bargain, and so on.

Having passed the serious competition, the company "Tatenergo" won the prize place.
