OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2009. National company KazMunaiGas (Astana, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the extract from shareholders registers system as of July 1, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Fondovy Tsentr (Almaty) is the company registrar.

According to the extract:

- the total number of authorized shares (only common KZ1C49280015) is 316,098,884 units;

- all authorized shares are offered;

- the sole person, holding the company shares in the quantity of five and more percent from the total number of offered shares is the National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana), which holds all company offered shares.
