OREANDA-NEWS. On August 26, 2009 The Government has simplified the procedure of issuing of acts of use of homestead lands in rural areas. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko announced during the press conference.

“It is a real revolution in issuing of acts of land use. It is the revolution which will ruin the thickest layer of corruption that has existed around the State Reserve Committee and cadastre services,” Yulia Tymoshenko stressed.

Yulia Tymoshenko noted that the decision would come in force from September 1, 2009 and today the Government had allotted necessary financial resources to implement it.

In addition Yulia Tymoshenko said in case of violation of the approved today by the Government simplified procedure of issuing of acts of land use the citizens can inform about that by hotline of the Government 8-800-507-30-90.
