OREANDA-NEWS. September 08, 2009. Lancaster Petroleum (Aktobe, hereafter – the company), shares of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with an extract from the share register, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The registrar of the company is Perviy nezavisimiy registrator (Almaty).

According to the extract:

- the total of authorized shares (common stock only KZ1C51440010) is 1,500,000;

- all shares were offered;

- the company redeemed 195,437 shares;

- the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares is YUKON  ENERGY HOLDING S.A.owning all outstanding shares.
