OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2009. Mangistaumunaigas (Aktau, hereinafter – the company), shares of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the extract from shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Tsentr DAR (Almaty) is the company registrar.

According to the extract:

- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C05020017 of the company is 107,856,540 units, preferred shares KZ1P05020113 - 1,089,460 units;

- all authorized shares are offered;

- the sole person, holding the company shares in the quantity of five or more percent from the total number of offered shares is CENTRAL ASIA PETROLEUM LTD, which holds all offered common shares (99.00 % from the total number of offered shares).
