OREANDA-NEWS. October 16, 2009. Aiming to improve customer service quality and ensure convenient communication between insurants and the company, the central office of ROSNO’s North-Western Directorate in St. Petersburg will move in November into a new business centre located at Petrogradskaya Storona, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The new comfortable office is located in downtown St. Petersburg at the following address: metro station Petrogradskaya, 37 Professora Popova Street, in a modern business centre Senator. Here, the Directorate has rented two floors, which will accommodate the selling and servicing units with the total personnel strength of over 230 employees.

The relocation is to be performed for the purpose of maintaining uniform customer service standards across all branches of the company. The advantages of the new office in this respect are obvious. Firstly, its class has been improved: now the office will be located in the class A premise. Secondly, the occupied space grew to 1,588 sq.m.

“The new central office will enable creating maximum comfortable customer service environment both for private and corporate insurants. Clients will be able to purchase any of the insurance services offered by ROSNO throughout Russia and obtain exhaustive advice on all ROSNO products and programs. The new office will feature a spacious customer service area equipped and furnished in accordance with the successfully renovated customer service area in ROSNO’s Moscow head office, already highly appreciated by clients”, commented on the relocation Mr. Alexei Rozhnev, head of ROSNO’s North-Western Directorate.

The current location (7 2nd Sovetskaya Street) will host an additional office with full operating format. Thus, ROSNO is represented in St. Petersburg and St. Petersburg Region by 8 additional offices and 9 agencies. For the insurants’ convenience, the business centre Marshal, located at 7 Severny Avenue, accommodates a separate Loss Settlement Centre of ROSNO’s North-Western Directorate, employing over 30 specialists. The Centre is equipped with state-of-the-art workplaces, electronic queue, comfortable area for negotiations with clients, and a convenient parking lot.
