Parabank Introduced Mobile Banking Service
OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2009. Parabank has introduced service Mobile Banking due to which its customers will be able to get data about their card account.
The Bank reports that by enjoying Mobile Banking service the clients, regardless of their whereabouts and time of the day will be able to check their account and its balance, receive an extract from balance, conduct an operation Card to Card (transfer of a sum from an account to an account regardless of currency in a cashless way), pay services of mobile operator Azercell, public utilities (gas, electric power), long-distance calls, SW Travel, and Internet.
To connect to Mobile Banking system the customer needs first of all to visit Azercell’s customer service office, get a new Sim card or make a duplicate from the old Sim card. He also should apply to an Azercell worker and claim his desire to connect to Mobile Banking. And then new point Mobile Banking will appear in point Azercell of his mobile phone.
Then the customer needs to apply to the Parabank’s Customer Service Department.
An SMS message with data about each operation on client’s card account will be sent to his mobile phone. For each sent SMS message the client’s mobile phone balance is withdrawn AZN 0.1 (22 conturs).
Gradual expansion of network of services conforming to modern requirements plays an important role for Parabank.
