OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2009. The Russian Bank for Development that is implementing the SME lending support program intensifies SME lending through leasing companies, reported the press-centre of RBD.

Within the framework of such operations the Bank has opened a credit line to “Progress-Neva Leasing” (St.Petersburg) in the amount of RUR 138 million.

The agreement provides that the allocated resources will be channeled to financing transactions with small and middle-sized enterprises pertaining to leasing tools, transport and special equipment.
