OREANDA-NEWS. January 18, 2010. The Russian Bank for Development within the framework of implementation of the SME Lending Support Program is building up SME funding in the Urals region under the program “Refinancing”, reported the press-centre of RBD.

The Bank has signed a loan facility agreement with AKB Chelindbank OAO (Chelyabinsk) for a total amount of RUR 198 million.

Pursuant to the agreement the SME lending support in the Chelyabinsk Oblast will be accomplished using RBD’s funds and the Chelindbank’s own programs. The loans will be extended to SMEs operating in plastic production, hotel service and medicine. Moreover the loans shall be given to entrepreneurs involved in production of breadstuffs and advertising.
